Back... and cold.

I'm back to reality.  Arizona was AMAZING.

Highlights
*Getting to spend quality time with my BFFL Emily
*The warm hot sunshine
*Meeting Nathan, Dave, and the other guy
*Meeting the Mariners (yes, the baseball guys)
*Going to Spring Training
*Getting 'this kind' of balls, not 'this kind' :)
*Sun
*Amazing Raspberry explosion cake
*Cactus everywhere
*Road-tripping and almost dying in the car
*The Sunshine
*1st class plane rides

It was a dream come true to go to Mariners Spring Training with Emily.  We had a BLAST.  Memories made that will last a life time.

And then the harsh reality of coming home hit.
*Cold
*Stress
*Anxiety
*Tears
*Loneliness

Yep, I'm back.

So here's the new plan.  Move to AZ with Emily and teach.  In the sun.

However, I think for now I should probably just stick with my job that starts on Monday.  Slightly stressed.  Oh, and I'm looking for a new job.  Yep.  Another one.  We'll see how that goes.

Now if I can just focus on Arizona and sun and baseball.  I'm ready to go back.

Really really ready.

Things that I am trying to make myself look forward to.
*Camp Side-By-Side in August
*Baseball seaons starting which means games at my other home (AKA Safeco Field)
*Summer weather
*My kids
*A boyfriend? ... just thought I would throw it in for good measure

Life is tough.  Church tomorrow.  Some good worship time will be... good.  Maybe center me back.  I'll let you know how that plan goes.

Oh life.

Life goes on.

a really good reason NOT to post...

This time tomorrow I will be in ARIZONA.  I'll be gone for a few days... but I am sure that I will post when I get back!

two in one...

Two posts in one day!

I had a fabulous great day teaching 6th grade!  They were easy to deal with, we did very little, and I had a blast!  It did semi-reassure me that if I had a choice whether to choose to teach 6th grade or not, I would not pick 6th grade.... a little TOO independent for my liking.  However, if I get offered a 6th grade teaching position, it becomes a whole new story!  I would most definitely teach 6th grade!

On another note... something is brewing in my life... a more eager/confident side in me is coming out.  That's all I am going to say for now.

However, I will say this.  What Wes said in his sermon on Sunday about allowing God do do miracles in our life and let him take control in all aspects... and he does mean ALL.... really spoke to me.  I like to control things and if things aren't going my way... I like to MAKE them have an outcome.  So, I am letting go and letting God.

Oh, and I am also going to Arizona on Saturday.  Can I get a Hallelujah for some sunshine?

Stellan

Please get down on your knees and pray for baby Stellan.  I remember finding Jennifer's blog last year when she was pregnant with Stellan and praying for his life back then.  Once again, we need to pray for the healing that is going to do the most good and last the longest; whatever that may be.  Praying for MckMama and family.... www.mycharmingkids.net
